Guarantee

We guarantee delivery in accordance with our stated delivery times, provided the correct street address is provided and for business/school, the business/school name is included on order form.

Whilst we make every effort to match the actual flowers that are delivered to that of the illustration, Eliza on Heatherhill reserves the right to substitute a colour or flower with the nearest possible option. As some flowers are seasonal and we may not have the full varity instock, If this is of concern please contact us directly regarding this on 0397811855.

Refund/Return policy


Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to Eliza on Hetherhill florist, if 48 hours have gone by since your purchase; unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or store credit. 
  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Some health and personal care items
  
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
  
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@elizaflowers.com.au and send your item to: 44c Heatherhill road Frankston, contact us or come in store.
