DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Times

Terms and conditions are put in place to safe guard both parties. It is the responsibility of the customer to read the terms and conditions. By ticking the confirmation button on the ordering page you have agreed to these terms and conditions. 

Orders received before midday Victoria local time on any normal business day will be delivered the same day to the local area.

All orders received after midday Victoria local time will be delivered the next business day to the local area.

Please allow 12 hours for delivery of orders that are outside 20km radius of Frankston. All orders placed for delivery to areas out side of our local delivery radius will need to be placed through Interflora.

Chocolates, balloons, teddies and wine will not be sent out on their own, they must accompany flowers.

Business deliveries: All orders going to a business/school address need to be placed before 10.00 am for same day delivery and PLEASE ENSURE you list the name of the business/school the flowers are being delivered to, If business/school name is not included on order details we can not be held liable for flowers being delivered after recipient has gone home and a re-delivery fee will be charged.

All prices shown do NOT include re-delivery, if the wrong address is provided/ if the recipient is no longer at hospital, if flowers are unable to be left due to property access issues and alike a re-delivery fee of $10 will be charged. By using our delivery service, you agree to let our drivers use their best professional judgement as to whether or not your order can be left safely at the provided delivery address should no one be there to receive them.

For Saturday delivery your order must be submitted by Friday 2pm. We will not accepted deliveries on Saturday, any orders submitted on Saturday will be sent out on the next business day.

Special occasions such as Valentines day, Mother's Day and Christmas Eve delivery need to be placed before 2pm on the previous day to ensure your order is delivered on time, if orders are placed after 2pm on the previous day we will do our best to deliver the order on the "special" occasion. Please keep in mind that Valentines, Mothers and Christmas Eve day/s are very busy times for florists.

Chocolates, balloons and teddy bears will only be delivered with flowers.

Guarantee

We guarantee delivery in accordance with our stated delivery times, provided the correct street address is provided and for business/school, the business/school name is included on order form.

Whilst we make every effort to match the actual flowers that are delivered to that of the illustration, Eliza on Heatherhill reserves the right to substitute a colour or flower with the nearest possible option. As some flowers are seasonal and we may not have the full variety in stock, If this is of concern please contact us directly regarding this on 0397811855.
